LETMEIN collects only the minimum necessary information to qualify early access candidates and coordinate campus pilots. Early access submissions process:

• Full Name & Designation (for role-based workspace configuration)
• Official Email & Phone Number (for contact validation and pilot scheduling)
• Institution / Organisation (to qualify campus scope and gate volume)
• Primary Area of Interest (Faculty access, Event entry, Hostel outpass, or Full Campus pilot)

Telemetry collection (such as screen scroll depths or button click triggers) is recorded anonymously via client-side scripts to refine user interface responsiveness.

Data Deletion Requests

We support your right to privacy. If you wish to delete your early access records or pilot queries entirely from our datastores, please write to:

Requests are reviewed and processed within 48 business hours, purging matching entries permanently from active databases.

We are committed to building a highly mature, certifiably secure access gateway network for higher education. As LETMEIN scales, we'll publish live uptime SLA records and third-party security audit logs directly here on this hub.
