LETMEIN processes user contact details (name, email, phone number) and gate movement logs (entry timestamp, gate location, host approval metadata) solely for campus security and movement management workflows.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. LETMEIN is designed around protected APIs, role-based permissions, and signed pass validation so that time-bound passes can be verified without exposing personal details at the gate.
3. Data Retention & Rights
Institutional admins control audit log retention schedules. Users have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data.
