1. Data Collection & Scope
LETMEIN processes user contact details (name, email, phone number) and gate movement logs (entry timestamp, gate location, host approval metadata) solely for campus security and movement management workflows.
2. Security & Encryption
All transit traffic is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Cryptographic QR pass hashes are generated using HMAC-SHA256 signatures to guarantee pass authenticity without exposing unencrypted personal credentials.
3. Data Retention & Rights
Institutional admins control audit log retention schedules. Users have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting bayitanviraditya@gmail.com.
